Profit data

Metrion calculates the profit of each order and can send it to your ad channels. This lets you steer your campaigns on profit instead of revenue. Profit data is included in the Plus and Pro plans.
How profit is calculated
Profit per order is the order revenue minus the costs of that order:
Cost of goods: pulled automatically from your CMS. This works with every CMS that Metrion supports.
Other costs: costs such as shipping and handling, which you set in Metrion.
How profit is sent to your channels
Google Ads accepts more than one conversion action per order, so you can report on revenue and bid on profit at the same time. Other channels accept only one value per conversion, so you choose whether Metrion sends revenue or profit there.
FAQ
Do I need to enter my purchase prices in Metrion? No. Metrion pulls the cost of goods from your CMS automatically.
Can I send both revenue and profit to Meta? No. Meta accepts one value per conversion, so you choose revenue or profit.
Will Google Ads show a new conversion action? Yes. Profit arrives in Google Ads as its own conversion action, next to your revenue conversion action.
