Managing destinations

Once a destination is connected to an installation, you can change its permissions, expand its details, or remove it entirely.
Where to find destinations
Tracking → Installations → click an installation → Destinations section. Each destination appears as a row with the platform icon, the account name, an “Account connected” badge, and action buttons on the right.
Changing permissions
If Metrion needs additional permissions on the destination — for example to enable a new feature — the platform may prompt you for re-authorisation. Click the Change permission button on the destination row to start the OAuth flow again. You’ll be sent to the platform’s sign-in page, where you can grant the updated permissions.
Expanding details
The chevron icon on the right of each row expands the destination to show extra information: the account ID, the connected user, and the date of the most recent permission grant. Useful for double-checking which user owns the connection.
Removing a destination
Find the destination row.
Click the trash icon on the right.
Confirm the removal.
Removing a destination disconnects it from this installation. Any Sync still pointing to that destination will stop forwarding data, so disable or delete the affected Syncs first if you don’t want unexpected gaps.
Tips
Don’t disconnect during peak campaign moments. If you have to re-authorise during a busy promotional period, do it outside high-traffic hours.
One person owns the connection. The OAuth grant is tied to the user who clicked Connect. If that person leaves, you may need to re-connect with someone whose access will persist.
