Monitoring and alerts

Metrion monitors your data flow and shows an alert when something is off, so you can fix problems before they affect your campaigns. Monitoring and alerts are included in the Pro plan.

What triggers an alert

• A sudden drop in conversions: fewer conversions than expected are coming in or being sent.

• A connection that stops working: Metrion can no longer reach your shop or one of your ad channels.

• Missing data: conversions arrive without data that is normally there.

Where you see alerts

Alerts are shown in the Metrion platform.

Why it matters

Without monitoring, a broken connection or missing data often goes unnoticed for days. In that time your ad channels bid on incomplete data. Alerts tell you about the problem as soon as Metrion detects it.
