Click any row in the Reporting table to expand it. The conversion detail panel shows everything Metrion captured for that single conversion — useful for QA, troubleshooting, and understanding why a particular conversion did or didn’t get forwarded.

Click IDs
The click IDs Metrion attached to this conversion. Each ad platform has its own:

  • Google Ads — the gclid

  • Meta Ads — the fbclid

  • TikTok Ads — the ttclid

If a click ID is N/A, the user reached the conversion without an ad click from that platform — they came from organic, direct, or another paid source.

Lookback information
The dates of the click IDs — for example, the day the user first clicked a Google Ads ad. Together with the conversion date, this tells you how long the click-to-conversion window was.

Metrion Technology
This is the heart of the panel. It shows what Metrion did with the event:

  • Front-end tracking. Status of the page-side pixel for each platform — was the front-end fire successful, and is the conversion eligible for upload from the front end.

  • Server-side tracking. Status of the server-side conversion upload for each platform.

  • Enhancement. Whether the front-end data was enriched with backend data (name, address) for better matching.

  • Event data. The user’s consent state and the event type (Purchase, AddToCart, etc.).

  • Additional data. Shipping value, the user agent (browser/device), and the page domain.

See “Front-end and server-side tracking statuses” for what each status means and how to interpret it.

When to use the detail panel

  • Investigating a missing conversion. Check whether the front-end fired, whether server-side was eligible, and whether consent allowed it.

  • QA after a tracking change. Verify Enhanced is Yes after enabling Enhanced conversions, or that the right click ID is being captured.

  • Reconciling with the shop. Cross-reference the Conversion Id with the shop’s order list to confirm Metrion is in sync.
