Consent insights and benchmarks

Consent insights show how your consent scores compare with other stores that use Metrion, and what you can do to raise your consent rate. Consent insights and benchmarks are included in the Plus and Pro plans.

Where to find them

Open the Launchpad in Metrion. There you see your consent scores next to those of other stores.

What you see

• Your scores compared with other stores: whether your share of consented conversions is above or below that of other Metrion stores.

• Ways to improve: concrete suggestions to raise your consent rate, for example by changing the layout of your cookie banner.

Why consent matters

Metrion only sends data to your ad channels for visitors who gave consent. A higher consent rate means more conversion data you are allowed to send. Your ad channels then report more accurately and bid on more complete data.

Does Metrion change my cookie banner? No. Metrion shows how your banner performs and suggests improvements. You make the changes in your consent management platform.
