Reading Sync logs

The Logs tab is where you confirm a Sync is running, spot warnings, and diagnose failures. Every run leaves a paired entry — one when it starts, one when it ends.
Where to find it
Tracking → Syncs → click a Sync → Logs tab.
Reading the entries
Each line shows:
Type. “Import started” or “Import ended.”
Result. The status — successful, warning, or error.
Timestamp. When the event happened, in your account timezone.
Pairs of started/ended entries appear roughly every two hours, matching the Sync schedule. A long gap usually means the Sync was paused or never created.

Common scenarios
Mostly green, with the occasional orange
Normal. Some warnings are unavoidable — for example, a record might be rejected by the destination because of a missing field. As long as the broader cadence is healthy, you’re fine.
A run of red entries
Something is wrong. Check the latest red entry for the error message, then verify the destination is still authorised (Tracking → Installations → installation → Destinations) and that the plugin is still firing on the shop.
No new entries for hours
The Sync may have stopped. Check the Sync’s status on the Syncs list. If it’s set to Failed, follow the troubleshooting in the latest log entry.
