Switching between workspaces

If you have access to more than one Metrion workspace (common for agency users) you can switch between them from the workspace selector at the top right of the app.

Where to find the selector
Top right of any page, next to the Filters button. The selector shows the active workspace’s name and primary-colour badge.

Switching

1. Click the workspace selector.

2. Pick the workspace you want to switch to.

3. The page reloads with that workspace active. The Launchpad, Tracking, Reporting, Billing, and Settings now all reflect the new workspace’s data.

Tips

• Set distinct workspace colours. The colour badge in the selector makes it easy to confirm which workspace you’re in at a glance — useful when running multiple agency accounts side by side. See “Workspace details.”

• The selector also filters the active installation. On Tracking and Reporting pages, the selector doubles as the installation switcher. Pick the workspace + installation combination you want to look at.

• Bookmark per workspace. Browser bookmarks pointed at app.getmetrion.com/launchpad, /reporting, etc. always open with the most recently active workspace.

Access
You only see workspaces you’ve been invited to. To get access to another workspace, ask its owner or admin to add your email under Settings → team list.
