All settings are applied in Google Ads, make sure you’re in the right Google Ads account.

Auto tagging must be enabled

  • Navigate to Admin > Account settings

  • Open the Auto-tagging section

  • Check the checkbox

  • Save the configuration

Customer data terms must be accepted

  • Navigate to Goals > Conversions > Settings

  • Open the Customer data terms section

  • Check the checkbox

  • Save the configuration

Enhanced conversions must be enabled

  • Navigate to Goals > Conversions > Settings

  • Open the Enhanced conversions section

  • Check the checkbox to turn on enhanced conversions

  • Select ‘Google Ads API’ in the selectbox

  • Save the configuration
