A sync is the connection that sends your conversion data from your website (or other domains) to a destination like Google Ads or Meta Ads. It links the data you've collected with the channels where you want that data to be used — for example, to improve ad performance, reporting, or attribution. Each sync defines what is being sent, where it’s going, and how it should be handled. You can create as many syncs as needed, depending on your domains, destinations, and the goals you’re tracking.

To create a sync, go to the Syncs page in your workspace. Start by selecting one or more domains — for example, if you run both example.com
and example.nl
, you can include them in a single sync. Next, choose the destination you want to send your data to. You’ll see a list of destinations that have already been added to your installation. Once a destination is selected, pick the conversion goals you want to sync — like purchases, add-to-carts, or other custom goals you've defined. Lastly, choose whether to enable Enhanced Conversions using the toggle switch. When enabled, this will allow the sync to send more user data for improved match rates on platforms like Google Ads.
Once saved, your sync will run automatically every few hours, keeping your destination platforms updated with the latest conversion data from your domains.
